Anyone have TSB-24-2317 Dash Rattles done yet?

I'm sad to say that after having TSB-24-2317 applied on Tuesday, Nov 12, 2024, that my rattle got worse!

Prior to the service, the dash had more of a "buzzing" rattle going over bumps. After the service, not only is the "buzzing" rattle still present, but it seems a new "knocking" type rattle has emerged (sounds like from where bottom of windshield meets dash). I thought it might "settle" itself in a few days, but it hasn't yet. I did mention this to the dealer, but haven't scheduled to take it back in just yet.

Disclaimer: Despite the rattle, I'm still enjoying my 2024 Hybrid Lariat Maverick and happy I made the purchase.

Dealing with the exact same issues/noises. buzzing over textured surfaces and snow pack, plastic knocking sound on rough roads. my only complaint.... still love the "Ford Mullet" (Car business in the front, truck party in the back).... Hopefully i can fix it myself, i am anti dealer.

My 2025 has more of a clicking sound not a rattle which sounds like it's coming from the far passenger side dash area close to the windshield but it seems like only in the cold weather. Saturday it was colder than Sunday in the 30's or 40's and it was bad, Sunday it was in the 60's and I didn't hear the noise at all.

More likely to be the windshield alignment pins than this issue.

Thanks I have an appointment for the Works Package and Passenger Side Airbag Light on Jan 6 or 8th depending on the weather I'll mention the Windshield Alignment Pins.
