In the USB port...
There are two of them in your dash. I have a 128GB SanDisk ultra fit that you can't even see when it's plugged in.

I have a 2023 Lariat with the luxury package and 360. I heard a loud pop that sounded like a balloon popping and then a noise that sounded like eggs frying for about 5 seconds. I stopped and couldn’t find anything visible.

Did this happen to anyone else?

Yes! Happened twice this morning. Small pop and sound cut for like 2 seconds then back to normal. I immediately got anxiety because in my Ford Fiesta, I’d have a very loud pop and screech from the radio randomly. Even wjen the car was off!! Turns out it was the ACIM (accessory control interface module). Had to fight the dealership to fix it. There even is a tech service bulletin on it I had to show them. The Fiesta is a 2011. I Really hope this is not the case with a 2023 maverick! …keeping an eye on it though.
