Points for purchase?

How do you apply for them. I picked up my mav in late December and no one mentioned points for purchase.

If you’ve loaded the Ford Pass app and entered you trucks VIN#, they should post automatically.

So I did all that when I first got it. I have the vehicle loaded in the app, can remote start, lock/unlock, etc. I do not have any points nor does it have my warranty start date.

Ditto on this one. Salesman himself put it in the app with me. Still no points visible.

Mine showed about 5-7 days after we bought the truck.

Have you tried adding you vehicle in the FordPass app for missing rewards? Here's how to do it in the app.

Tap on Account at the top right>Under Account tap on FordPass Rewards>Under Rewards tap on View Activity>Under Activity tap Missing Points>Tap New Vehicle Purchase and fill out the required fields.

EDIT:Added pics to help for anyone interested. What you need to tap on is boxed in RED.

Under account tap on FordPass Rewards

Under FordPass Rewards tap on View Activity

Under Activity tap on Missing Points

Tap on New vehicle purchase and enter your information into the fields

My dealer had me fill out a sheet for it and I already had a ford pass account. You can look them up in the app once they are established

Sorry, I meant that when I entered the data(dealer, date of purchase, vin) the ford system did not locate the transaction and I gave me a message that I needed to call them.

wheh I called about mine I had to change my name to my real name to make sure it matched. Maybe it’s a mismatch somewhere
