So mine came in today, picking it up tomorrow, as I said in the other thread, and am curious about the pricing.

I know the owner of the dealership, we're acquaintances, not really friends so I went to his dealership which is quite a bit further than a closer dealership thinking it might make some sort of difference when it came down to price.

It doesn't, a little annoyed because of the distance could have went to the other dealership but oh well.

I don't qualify for any pricing discounts, and am going to be paying sticker price. Now the salesman mentions that others in the same situation are paying 3 to 4000 over sticker.

Wtf, is that what others are paying for their Maverick?

Sticker price doesn't include all of the dealership fees? And are the dealership fees really 3 to 4000?

Final price is going to be 27,300 that's with the tow package and exoboost engine.

if you search around the forums you will see people have gotten deals between 'MSRP -4%' up to MSRP +$4000.
it seems like most people have gotten MSRP + a few dealer fees and licensing that end up around $500 total.
the difference in pricing depends on the dealership you buy from, if you got a built-to-order vehicle, or purchased a stock unit off a lot, as well as the state you live in for taxes and such too.
I don't know the pricing well enough to know where you stand in that range for 27k.

I'm paying MSRP($30,865) plus any tax, title, license, government, and dealer fees. IMO that is pretty standard. Sticker price has NEVER included the additional fees I mentioned above. Is this your first time buying from a dealer???

The $3-4K over MSRP that your sales rep is talking about is what a lot of dealers are calling an "Adjusted Market Price" or better know as supply is low and demand is high so we can slap a couple of thousand on top of the MSRP and still sell it.

People who are buying off the lot versus ordering one like you did are most likely paying some type of premium over MSRP. That's just the way things are now......:(

No it's not but it's the 1st time examining the pricing breakdown.

Sticker was 26,500, wondering if that includes the dealers fees and what not.

I know you have to lump taxes and fees on top of that, sales tax alone is 1600.

I negotiated down to $500 below sticker. No BS fees or any other fluff. I'm fine with that.
