Update:

I got my $120 set of Bronco Sport wheels mounted with my factory (10,800 mile) tires today. I used the one piece, black lug nuts and the Maverick recognized the BS sensors after about 10 miles. I also hit about 55mph, so I’m not sure what did it.

I think it looks much better. I’ve added a tri-fold cover and had the spray in bed liner done. A few other small mods as well. Great vehicle at its price point.

My little truck has been doing great and now has about 58k miles.

A couple of weeks ago I started feeling a slight shudder from the rearend. It felt like the clutch pack was going away. Mostly, I could feel it when starting to drive, especially when turning.

Since the warranty will be going away soon, I took it into the dealer. They confirmed my diagnosis and have ordered the clutch pack. It should be in sometime next week.

Still getting 30mpg and using it for what I bought it for. Today was the last of the free oil/filter/tire rotations. I suppose I’ll have to start getting greasy more often. I already do the wife’s lifted JLU on 35’s. I no sooner put her lift kit on and she said she wants 37’s…….women!

No can do the 37’s, the 35’s are already too much tire for the gears…if I change the gears, might as well change the axles, if I change the tires, gears and axles…….you get the idea. lol
