Phone not connecting to USB hub

Has anyone had this issue? None of my phones can connect via the USB. I keep getting this window pop up on all my Android and Apple phones.

Have you tried another cable?
If it still persists I would see if there's an update for your car stereo.

Yes, I have tried 4 cables, both usb and usb-c.

Update: took it to the dealer and they fixed it.

My cable under the dash was missing. 2022 February build. It might be a recall, mine ended up being after they did it under warranty. That turned into a paperwork nightmare.

I"ve had it since May. It has worked until last week.
