Patching the holes at the bottom of my tailgate

I’ve tried to order both to my home address, and my work address here in Northern Kentucky and both times it says Segarms does not ship to the address. What gives? I really like these.

I just ordered a black, slotted cover and am looking forward to snapping it in place and will get back to you in 10-15 years to tell you about the rust issue. I'm thinking it prevents more water from entering than it prevents from leaving. Net gain. There is a small, but real chance debris could enter the un-pluged hole and now I won't have to ever think about that again. Worth $16 to me.

Yeah, I would think that wet leaves or wood chips would retain more moisture than the hole would remove. Here is my thought, why haven’t all the tailgates rusted out before backup cameras? That is when they started putting these holes in the tailgate. (Coworker has a 2014 F150 without the hole and no camera, another coworker has a 2015 with a backup camera and the hole.) it is unfortunate that all the tailgates rusted out in 5 years before the added that hole… oh, wait, they didn’t.

I received mine yesterday. Ordered the black slotted version. It arrived rather quickly and in great shape. The packaging was fantastic. This even came with installation instructions. Installation was a snap! Pun intended. A nice peace of mind mod that nobody will see, unless I point it out.
I can highly recommend one of these. Thanks @RivrMav for posting the video that caught my eye. And Thanks goes out to @P99Guy & @RichardCranium for developing and selling this filler plate.

I can say exactly the same thing today that Frankie did yesterday. I'll add that the black looks great on my Oxford White and could not look more like it was factory equipment.
