Thanks for the tip...I was wondering if a puller was needed since some arms are really on tight and you can scratch paint trying to remove them. I suspect the arm head is notched..correct?Mine was parking too high up. I removed the wiper arm and moved it downward a bit and now it parks perfectly. It was bugging me because from inside I could see the wiper when turned off, now it's "hidden".
Note: I removed the arm (with the hood open). I had to use a wiper arm removal tool as I could not get it free without the tool, even with some prying against a wood block.
