I made these myself. Here is what you do.
1. Get FORD H8/M7329A Electric Spice Pearl in spray paint (good to add clear coat also)
2. Painted with Plasti-dip 8 coats (any color, I used black. none of the plasti-dip stays), dry overnight
3. Carefully peel the plasti-dip off of the chrome letters (mine were XLT).
4. Paint letters with Electric Spice Pearl (2 coats) and then clear coat.
5. Dry overnight.
6. Peel off remaining plasti-dip...

not gonna lie. Looks pretty awesome.
