NO.
"WB 121" is the Wheel base of the vehicle.

Your paint code is: EXT PNT (XXX) letters/numbers to the RIGHT of EXT PNT...

As noted, the paint code is to the right of EXT PNT. Below the line is WB - your 121" wheelbase. The example below is M7 - carbonized gray. For your KU/Area 51:
