Looks nice, but I am going more for a black accent, so wouldn’t have painted the bumper and then made the piece in front to fate hood black. JThen again I am adding black stripping on the side of mine, along the to cabin spoiler and bug shield all in Matt black. It going to look bad to the bone. We are just goin in different directions, but I think what you’ve done looks good.

You have inspired me.
I liked the monochromatic look of the 80’s. My VW GTI convertible was white with a lot of extra white accents.

I‘m not going to paint my lower front valence but have ordered some white Tufskinz appliqués”s for various parts of my Oxford Mav.

Picks when done, natch.

Looks MUCH MUCH better with the side skirts and back bumper not painted. Rear bumper would get banged up loading stuff anyway.

Regarding painting plastic being a problem....That era was over 20 yrs ago. I have a Honda Element and 1,000's of Element people have painted their plastic fenders, which is about half the body and if the painter knows what he's doing and how to prep and sand plastic before painting plastic, it is no longer an issue. The majority of all new cars have painted plastic front and rear bumpers. Paint manufacturers have perfected primers and paints.
