I sure did. Highly recommended. Serious people, very happy with their after sales support as well.Palms. - your fascia install looks great! Did you end up using the guys in FLL.?
Do you have a trickle charger installed to keep the battery up while towing?Well, I'm using a Blue OX base plate (already using Blue OX tow bar and didn't want to purchase adapters for an other brand of base plate) and M&G brake system that uses diesel engine motorhome pressure to apply toad brakes. The toad brake/turn signal lights are powered by the motorhome. The only electrical connection used is for the break-away system. The connection does NOT consume any toad electrical energy unless the break-away is activated.
I have towed the Maverick for two short (45 miles) trips successfully, and plan to depart on a 4,400 mile trip tomorrow.
Any negative issues I encounter will be reported here. Being an optimist, I do not expect any.![]()
No trickle charger in the Maverick. Auxiliary brake system is operated by air pressure from motorhome brake system. Lights are powered through a 6-pin connector from the motorhome. There is no electrical draw from the battery associated with the tow system.Do you have a trickle charger installed to keep the battery up while towing?
