Ordered XLT Hybrid AWD w Tow

Super excited, got my email from Ford that the order was received yesterday and today already have a build date and VIN. Seems pretty fast to jump between those two steps.

Build date: Sep 29

I got the Azure Gray XLT hybrid AWD with 4k tow and a few other extras. I am coming from a Hyundai Ioniq 5 one pay lease that ends in Dec so I am hoping to get delivery before I have to give it back. I really like full electric but don't want a full size truck. I saw the Ford announcement a couple days ago and may be something to consider several years in the future. For right now, just excited that the process is moving along.

I ordered the same thing: Oxford White XLT Hybrid AWD during the first week of April when employee pricing started. It was finally scheduled in June for first week of August, and I received notice that it was built last week and now on cargo truck being shipped. ETA is early September.

Same, April, built and shipped this week. Delivery by end of August. I assume it is on a rail car to LA, then either Oakland or Sacramento. I wish you did not have to start the truck to connect the Ford Pass. I would love to track the Journey. Love your Journey lol.

You should be getting an email pretty soon indicating "Shipped", and then it is on the way!

Well, that was fast. I just got the notification from the dealership that it arrived. They are doing their prep work and I am going in tonight to pick it up. Less than 2mo from order to delivery. Not too shabby. Now the long wait until tonight.....

Congrats!! Good looking Azure Blue. I like the way the dealer has the parking slot marked with a "sold" marking. Helps keep some anxious salesperson from selling it before you get there!! I guess with increased production this does not happen much like it did back in the 22MY.......

They did not leave you much room to get in the driver's door though...............
