I ordered an Azure Gray Lariat Hybrid AWD and the day after my order, I got a confirmation email from Ford (10/17/24). I was excited to see another email from Ford today (12/11/24) that said, “We are working on your scheduled production date” 
. Disappointing, but maybe they are getting closer to an actual production date.
