Ask your dealer? At the very least you should have a WBDO build sheet that shows the order code, dealer code, and priority code. You can then use this info to check with Ford chat what the current status of your order is.
If you're asking if your order was properly COVP'd, that's all up to the dealer so you have to ask them that this was done while it was possible. They should have done this if they are actually competent since 2022 to 2023 rollovers got screwed over with not being eligible for the private offer if their dealers were clowns and didn't do a COVP.
Well the placed part is check with Ford chat. The timely manner... Did you put it in with your dealer back in September? If not then timely is whenever the order banks open next.
