Order and order status

I ordered my maverick 11/11/2021 then on the roll over my dealership put it in on day one and I still am yet to receive any information about a build date. How is it that I have waited 15 months and people who just ordered in September are already receiving theirs?

Allocations.

Ford instructed dealers to put reorders at a better priority number over new orders, but if a dealer has new orders but more allocations, those will get fulfilled first.

Also EcoBoosts will always jump the line over Hybrids, just because they have more capacity to build them.

Yes I have all the paperwork and order numbers and everything.

The factory makes the decision which reviewed and locked orders will actually go into the factory to build from each dealer's list. 1 available allocation is used at time of factory order selection from that dealer.

2-Because you waited too long to order.
3-Because Ford doesn't make much money selling low priced trucks, so they build more expensive trucks.
4-Because we need more posts from disappointed buyers to support the advertisements on this forum.

They will be scheduling 23 builds probably into August. No idea what gets built and when. Someone has to get the last 23 built.

I fully expect my XL EB AWD 4K will be the last 2023 off the line.
