I got the "shipped" email a couple weeks ago, but just now I go to the tracker to check on it and I get:
"We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN."
No I didn't type anything in wrong, the order # and VIN populate when I click through the email I got from Ford
