Order not correct on Ford tracking site

Ordered an XLT Hybrid w/ Lux pack and 360 on 7/22/21. Called yesterday to check for updates and was relieved to hear I have a VIN and build date of 8/29. I went on the Ford tracking site to check, and my order is there but the packages, accessories etc. are not correct. I don't see the Lux pack and under accessories it has some of the options in the Lux pack (power seats, bed rails) but nothing else (heated mirrors, seats, steering wheel etc). It's odd b/c as far as I know, the power seats and bed rails were never available as a stand alone option. I attached my order sheet and screen shots from the site. I called back and of course the help line said they couldn't see my order details, call the dealer. I left a VM w/ my salesperson.

Any one else have this issue?

Edit: My window sticker is not available yet.

Don't sweat it. Mine's not listed with it either but it's all on the window sticker when it becomes available.

It's not an issue it's perfectly normal. I also have a Mav with the lux package and the tracker siad the same thing yours does.

The window sticker is the most important thing. When your WS becomes available check to make the lux package option is on there.

Thanks that's good to hear. I should have mentioned the window sticker isn't available yet.

That's odd. Mine shows XLT Luxury under packages.

Does it really surprise anyone that Ford can't even get the tracker consistent for all customers?

I just tried accessing the tracker and it won't even load for me........big shock to anyone who has tried to use the tracker recently........right?:rolleyes:
