Ordered an XLT Hybrid w/ Lux pack and 360 on 7/22/21. Called yesterday to check for updates and was relieved to hear I have a VIN and build date of 8/29. I went on the Ford tracking site to check, and my order is there but the packages, accessories etc. are not correct. I don't see the Lux pack and under accessories it has some of the options in the Lux pack (power seats, bed rails) but nothing else (heated mirrors, seats, steering wheel etc). It's odd b/c as far as I know, the power seats and bed rails were never available as a stand alone option. I attached my order sheet and screen shots from the site. I called back and of course the help line said they couldn't see my order details, call the dealer. I left a VM w/ my salesperson.
Any one else have this issue?
