Order date Oct 21 and confirmed for maverick Hybrid but nothing since . Called dealer and production line but no answers .Has anyone else run in to this problem

Totally normal. Unless you are from Canada, practically no Hybrid October orders have been scheduled. They are currently scheduling early/mid September hybrid orders (at least those without constraints). I have a Oct 1st order with no constraints. Have heard nothing. I expect I will get a call from my dealer around late May and the "you are being scheduled" e-mail from Ford sometime in late July or early August. Expecting to actually have it around September. You should be about a month after that.

I'm a October EcoBoost order and I just got scheduled for mid-May. Hybrids are even longer than EcoBoosts and so I wouldn't worry yet.
