Online Link in Email Is Broken

If you want something to help you feel better about your obsessiveness over your ordered Maverick, this post is for you. Since I received the confirmation email about my order in early September, I have occasionally (ok, everyday) gone back to that email and hit the “view online” link. My hope is that it might be an actual link that would show me changes in production status when they occurred. I don’t know if that was true, but it was my hope.

Last night, that link stopped working. It’s like an empty page now. I figure there are few potential explanations, such as….

• That link was never a live production status link, you obsessive idiot.

-OR-

• IT’S HAPPENING!

Can anyone help with this? And, please, let me down gently.

Are you talking about the tracking link?

It doesn't always work for me.. Especially in the late evening, but always eventually comes back..

No VIN.

The "view online" button in the confirmation e-mail is just a mirror of it in case your e-mail program doesn't handle the formatting so you can view it in a browser.

I ordered my Maverick in last July, and my link quit working last month.

I am unable to use the tracker Big_T linked, because I don't, yet, have a VIN from Ford, or from my dealer. I think the links time-out after a while, or Ford simply repurposed the webhosting space used for storing those email images.
