Took delivery of my XLT Hybrid Sept 1st. 50 Weeks to the day after ordering. After reading this forum for most of the 50 weeks I felt obligated to add my two cents. Glad to be part of the club.
I left Crossroads Ford feeling pretty good about the way the whole process was handled. Everything was on the up and up and no surprises. Ford's web site helped at least a little bit with the wait anxiety.
The Maverick is perfect for my needs and I am happy with the solid feel, ride and quality of the truck. To me it is well engineered and thought out. I hope it lasts over 250K miles like my two Rangers. Hats off to Ford for offering a solid product and pricing it for the average citizen.
Complaints if you can call them that- I miss the keyless entry and push button start that are on my 10 year old Japanese hybrid. Was surprised to not have one touch up and down windows. Does seem like that stuff would be standard in this era.

Congratulations on your new ride and your patience! I know those options are on the Lariat but I’m not sure about other trims. They are nice even though I don’t use the keypad
