I installed Panlong scanner and Torque Pro app on my Samsung Galaxy S23 phone. I was able to pair via bluetooth the adapter to my phone. However, I can not get the scanner to connect to the ECU in the Maverick. I already tried to reinstall the app on my phone. Any ideas to fix this anyone?

I got a quick reply from Panlong customer service. They recommended that I try Car Scanner app. The Car Scanner app connected to my Maverick's ECU. I uninstalled the Torque Pro app and now using Car Scanner Pro app. The graphics are not as nice as the Torque Pro app but it works!

I use the same scanner with Torque Pro and it connects to the ECU. Pixel 9 Pro XL.

Under Adapter status in Torque Pro when you first connect, if its not connected to the ECU, exit the app and try again.

I did and it still would not connect to the ECU. Do you have a 2025 Maverick?

Mine is a 2022.
Thanks for answering. Scan Gauge II would not work with my 25 Maverick but did work with my 22 Mav. The company said that Scan Guage II will not be updated for the 25 but Scan Guage III will work with the 25 Mavs with their update. I suspect the 25 Mav requires updated protocols. I was able to select 2025 protocols for Car Scanner but not Torque Pro.
