Null on railroad

So I have been tracking my order while it’s on the rail (Union Pacific). Got an update today (after it was in Illinois somewhere) that it was null?? Any idea what this means? Switching to truck delivery now? I’m located in the Louisville, KY region so it’s not much farther away.
