Hey all,

Looking for info from anyone that has taken delivery, my Maverick has finally shipped, Dealership told me on 10/4 it was in Arizona and gave me the Railcar # to track it. I've followed the steps on this site and called all 3 railroads. According to the different numbers there is "no record of my vehicle" on any of them. Does this mean that the truck has been dropped off at a railyard? Or? Any input would be appreciated.

Interesting. Maybe give the CSX line a try again? That one has been working the best for me since mine shipped on 10/06. My railcar broke down on 10/08, finally got moving again 10/15. It went from Tucson, AZ all the way to El Paso, TX in the course of 24 hours.

The dealer can tell you if he brings up the VVR. It says rail car number and rail it’s on.

All I get from CSX is that the railcar was released by the customer somewhere in Michigan in September. The visibility report provided by Granger Ford shows it at Nogales, AZ.

I'm probably doing something wrong...

I wouldn't necessarily say you're doing something wrong. The VVR typically lags a bit once it's actually moving on rail.

Were the initials correct? When I do it by voice it usually doesn't get it. If yours are TTGX, then type on the keypad 81814192#, then your numbers when prompted.

Hey Op ! So same with my truck. It shipped and got a railcar number. Calling all the rail lines ... nothing at all until I checked the tracker one morning and it came 2 weeks early ! The rail companies down there really suck ....

Thanks for the feedback! Even using your suggestion I still get that the car was "released by the customer" on Sep 10 in Sterling Heights, MI. I confirmed that the number I received from Ford customer support and from Granger Ford are identical and carefully entered them in the phone tracker system. I am doomed to remain in suspense. I guess I can always email (pester) Granger Ford, again...
