Finally, my Maverick is on the way to the dealership. And I was given a TTGX 953786 to track where is the truck. However, I follow the forums' instructions to trace it:
NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

Maybe it's my Chinese accent, or maybe the system is a fool. I can't get my voice recognized by the system.
Please help me to track this number and let me know where is the truck now. Thank you very much and happy thanksgiving!

I have found better success with the Union Pacific (UP) phone number. I just tried yours and it said something like "loaded" 1:39 PM today (guessing not Pacific Time Zone since it is only 1:00 PM right now). Then said current status was "hold waiting placement", or something like that. The computer voice speaks quickly, so it is hard to understand sometimes.

Call UP at 1 800-877-5123.
Press 1 for English.
Follow phone prompts for Trace (say "trace" when it asks you what you want to do).
Say "1" when it asks you how many pieces you want to find.
Say TTGX 953786 all at once, but clearly.
Tell it you don't want a fax copy.
Then be ready to listen REALLY close and fast. Haha.

I did have it fax me my status one time, but the fax was super weird and not any better than listening to the robot lady say it on the phone.

Now, why does Union Pacific seem to know all about the other railroad systems traffic? I think because all the Hermosillo train-cars run on Union Pacific rails when they cross the border at Nogales. So UP tracks everything it seems? Even things that aren't their own.

I just checked on my Rail Car, it has left Newark, NJ headed west. So my truck is either sitting at the Doremus auto rail depot, since Saturday night midnight, or has been transported to my dealer, 20 minutes away. I’ll know more Friday… hopefully.
