Not getting email updates from Ford

Am I the only one not getting emails from Ford with production updates?. I called Ford a few weeks ago and they gave me my vin and scheduled date but never received an email. I called Ford back, was given a new production date and when asked why I'm not getting updates from them, they didn't know why?.

I just got email yesterday that my lariat was built & waiting for shipping info , also got eta end June to 1 of july , hope so ordered Aug. 25
