Ford not sending email updates?

I had only received an email from ford indicating that my order had been received. After reading other posts it appeared that it would be a while for something to happen. After about a month and a half, I decided that I wanted to add the 4k package. Not seeing any movement from ford I decided to ask. The Dealer said he would try but was unsure if it could happen. After t weeks I called the dealer to ask if he was able to get the 4k package added. He said No, that they had already started production and that there is a shipping date. I have not gotten any emails from ford indicating that. Does anyone else seem to have this problem of not getting emails?

Can the dealer send you a copy of the current DORA?

I never received any email's just a phone call from my dealer stating that my truck would arrive in March! my second call informed me that it was here Nov. 22

Some people have reported not getting emails from Ford. The best thing for you to do is call Ford and get the word from the horses mouth. (800) 334-4375
