Anyone have success getting status updates directly from Ford?

I ordered my hybrid in July and the only movement, as far as I know, was last week when the dealer told me that I had progressed from priority level 10 to level 2. I contacted Ford customer service a couple months ago and they couldn't give me any information. Has anyone been able to get any information out of Ford?

I just spent close to 45 minutes on holiday for some sort of answer as to when I might get scheduled for production and all they could tell me was that I'm order processing!

The 800 number is useless, all they will tell you is that the order is processing if you don't have a VIN already-

Did you call the Ford Customer Relations Number. They were always very helpful with the one we got in September. 18003344375
This thread is over 2 years old and they've already received their Maverick.
