Just a suggestion, you might want to add a signature with how to private message you since I have seen a couple people put their info out... guessing they don't know how.

I had this happen on another car. It could be a sign of a faulty window regulator motor or the glass may not be seated correctly on the inner rails. Easy warranty fix if that’s the case.
