No radio/ back-up camera

Hey Mavericks....I've had my Ecoboost XL for about 3 weeks now , 1340 miles. Today , for no apparent reason, the clock froze, had no backup camera, and the touch screen was not working. Also would not connect to my phone ???? Anyone else experience this ?

Yes there is a Service Bulletin from Ford addressing the radio freezing issue. Someone has posted the number of the Service Bulletin. I could be wrong but I believe it was SSM 50411, sorry if its not the right one. I have over 7K miles and mine has froze once. Good luck

Try holding the power and forward skip button for 10 seconds to do a hard reset.

Mine did that and it would randomly freeze and restart while driving. Turning off the vechile ford app stuff then turning it back on a day later haven't had it happen agian since. Might be some kind of bug

Same thing happened to me once. After getting off and got back on a few hrs later, everything was back to normal.

Same thing just happened to my on my 2023 XLT that I just pickup last week. Thanks to you guys and I was able to reset it.
