New truck issues

Update. Today the dealer said it may take two weeks to get the parts. Ford sold me a defective vehicle and is taking its time to fix it. Meanwhile I’m making payments. Ford should offer compensation.

are they giving you a loaner to drive? i am sorry to hear you have defective part in your vehicle. i know most people understand there are shortages for many parts not just chips for production, so i find it really hard to believe they are punishing you by taking their time to repair your vehicle.

Not blaming the dealer. I have another truck I was planning on selling. I’ll sell it when XL is working. No truck loaners.
