Hello,
Just installed the RealTruck BAK X4s Hard Roll up Tonneau cover yesterday. Let me just say this is an awesome cover. Replaced a decent hard Tri-fold. This cover costs some money, but it is totally worth it. It is so easy to quickly roll up if you need to access something quickly. Installation was easy. I just need to work on using some the seals they gave to work on some gaps at the tailgate as soon as I get some more time. This cover has a $150 mail in rebate through the end of the month and I talked with customer service via chat telling them I with Maverick Truck Club and got an additional $154 discount. If looking for a new cover definetely keep this in mind. Here are some pics of it installed.

looks great! when it's rolled, what's the amount of bed space it's using? if you could measure either the thickness of the whole roll, or just draw a line straight down to the top of the bed from the farthest rearward point and measure that, I'd be very appreciative!

I need to be able to fit a MTB in the bed with the tonneau cover on, and I think I'm going to have to use a hard tri-fold that folds against the rear glass, but this might work.

I like the idea of the hard roll up covers but don't like the lack of locks along its length like a trifold gives you. Just feels like it'd be less secure and make noise at speed, but all depends what you want to haul I guess.

there are definite trade-offs in everything. currently I have a Ford soft tri-fold and it has to come off to haul a MTB on a tailgate pad. It's not secure in that you can get into it with a pocket knife, yet no on has, so I think the security of a hard roll-up is fine for my needs.
