New Customer Satisfaction Program (24N04) For Mavericks and F-150s?

Just happened to check the recall by VIN page for my Maverick and saw this new program listed. Strange, all it says is to contact a dealership with no info.

Just happened to check the recall by VIN page for my Maverick and saw this new program listed. Strange, all it says is to contact a dealership with no info.

"N" programs are extended warranty programs on a specific part (often for a specific failure). That looks to be one that hasn't actually been released yet. I work @ a dealership....I searched all FSAs and nothing came up under that number.

So it may have been activated in some parts of Ford's system, but hasn't been announced to dealers yet.

And I did search for both 24N01 in the title, and 24N04 in the screenshot you uploaded. I can't find info on their of those in Ford's system (at least the part that dealerships have access to).

This program is for Canada only. I got the letter not long after posting this.
