Just picked up my hybrid maverick on Saturday, had to drive it down to Charlotte North Carolina. Averaged 38 MPG on the highway and loved every second in it.

I've had mine for 11 1/2 months now. No issues! Has been a great truck, since purchase last April.
Still under 5000 miles. Currently at 4975. First oil change next week.

Coming up on 6 months on our 22 XLT. Over 7,000 miles and the only issue has been having to re-boot the infotainment system twice after it locked up.

Whatever dealer uses. Should be full synthetic, from what I've read here.
I'll know more Wednesday, when I bring it in for service.
Hopefully, they're right, that it'll take about an hour!

From my experience, the speakers are pretty good if you're listening to stuff through your phone.
Agree. The speakers aren't as bad as I feared. But the Sync-lite in my Lariat BAP (non-Luxe) has poor interface quality with Android Auto (both wired and AAWireless)(I have done the update).

But outside of a few hiccups, it is awesome to drive. Love the MPG and the road manners.

I took delivery on a frigid late-February day, after having the dealership undercoat my Cactus Gray XLT Lux 2023. Most of the 1500 miles have been either I-95 70-75+ or sub-45mph in-town jackrabbit light-to-light. Still getting 34-35 mpg which is a damn sight better than I was getting out of my 2001 Ranger rustbucket. And we love it. It's the perfect compliment to our 2020 Sonata Hybrid, which has been spending more time in the garage over the last month and a half. The only issue I have is a cyclical vibration from 50-60 mph, with a period of about 12 seconds, which I notice on very smooth roads only, and never to the point of shaking the steering wheel. I will probably wait to have it addressed at the first oil change.
Glad to hear that you have your truck back. Enjoy!

2022 First Edition Hybrid - Took delivery January 24th, 2022.
It got the airbag recall and the grabby brake TSB done.
And somewhere along the way, it got 2 door dings.
As of this morning, it turned 8600 miles.

And you know what my single biggest, most infuriating problem is with it? I don't get to drive it as much as I'd like to. Seriously. I look for excuses to drive it. I take the long way getting somewhere to enjoy the ride. I enjoy it. What can I say? :)
UberGadgetFreak I am curious about the location of the door dings. Would the body side moldings have prevented them? I don't like the factory ones at all. I prefer the aftermarket body colored ones. How far up the door did the dings occur ? I hope to place mine in the best location to hopefully prevent them. Any others care to share their experience with door dings.

All your positive reports have made my day!,
And I got my truck back yesterday from 29 days at the shop due to a screw up by the service dept with the airbag replacement
Glad to see you got your whip back. Here's to many amazing miles for years to come friend!

I own 10 hybrids for my business 2 of them just hit 100k and the combined mileage from all of them is is close to 450k not a single problem not even a brake job absolutely love the hybrid and my employees love them getting about 600-630 per tank full.
What kind of hybrid's are in your fleet? Have always heard good thing about hybrid reliability overall. My uncle has a '12 escape hybrid with 140k and climbing fast. It was actually the fact that those escapes are so unkillable, and basically use the same engine as the one in the maverick that sold me on it. Also knew someone with a Prius, battery went out around 90k, was quoted 15k for a replacement (This was the days of relatively early hybrids where repairs were super costly). Replaced it with a c-max that she still has and loves.

Thank you Ford motor company to reaching out to me when I was having issues. I was given a awesome customer service person who helped me all along the way

The first one is below the door handle, about 3 inches down. The other is about a foot in front of that one and another 2 inches down. The second one is probably the only one that the moldings might have prevented. I am taking it in to a place that has done similar fixes on previous vehicles that does a great job. They quoted me $220 for the work, which is reasonable IMO.

20K and not one issue. Averaging 36 combined with about 75% of the drive on the highways of the great state of Texas!
