Need Help with $1750 rebate quickly Please!

Ford is telling us that the $1750 rebate does not apply to our order.! We ordered our Maverick Nov. 8, 2021. Last Friday we finally got the call to come and pick it up. 28 months later. We can have the $1000 rebate and a friends and family but not the $1750. They told me it was for orders from 22 to 23!
Customer service said to talk to dealer and dealers says it's up to us to get the rebate from customer service!!!

I'm so furious right now.

Can anyone help?

We made sure we didn't change a thing because of this incentive.

You can change your build all you want, it just needs to be the same name and order number (and used to be same dealer but some people have been able to switch apparently).

I bumped up from an XLT to Lariat and my private offer applied no problem.

Ask to see the actual computer screen in SmartVincent. I believe [not 100%]in the lower left it shows incentives and private offers. Perhaps someone else can chime in. If it is there then the dealer did the transition properly, usually means they used the original order number. NOTE THAT THE PRIVATE OFFER $$$ GOES TO THE DEALER AND IT IS UP TO THE DEALER TO PASS IT ON TO YOU!!!. That is why FoMoCo customer service referred you to your dealer. Your relationship is with the dealer, not FoMoCo

My experience: My order from 22 was produced as a 24 and SmartVincent showed my transition incentive $$$$ correctly. However, my dealer tried to tell me FoMoCo only give them $1750, not the $2250 I was entitled too. Dealer was trying to rip me off. It took a whole lot of "pursuasion" like going to local CBS consumer advocate to get the dealer to give me the full $$$ but they did. Don't trust the Ford dealer to pass the $$$ on to you when they can keep $$$ for themselves.

Private offer is not specific to dealer according to Ford Customer Service.
My order number from 2022 is not the same due to a dealer and or Ford screw up when rolling over. I’m planned for production, but seriously wondering if I’ll be in a similar situation where they say it doesn’t apply.
