Need Help Figuring Out What Stage My Order Is In

My Order went “In Production” Status as of 8/4, and there is no update since then on the tracker or the Vehicle Visibility report. Is there any other information that can be deduced from the window sticker? I tried to use the guide for clues, but I must be a bit denser than I thought. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. My apologies if this is posted to the wrong place.

Contact Ford Customer Support or your dealer for a rail car number. Then we can help a lot more.

But if your dealer is being honest when they say they have seen nothing on the Vehicle Visibility Report (not sure if it (Vehicle Visibility Report) has been re-named or if it is still called that), but the system them now use is called VINView), then they might not have a rail car number for you. But if you use the keyword "VINView" when talking to the dealer, and they actually understand what that means, they should be able to provide you up to the minute status, including the rail car number.

Mine went in production on 8/2 and just finished build, so give it another 2 days. However in my case the status shows ordered, lost all the green dots. Yesterday the date populated under the in production, before it had been a green dot.

Talk to Chat and ask them what the secondary status of your Maverick is. I went through the same thing. Mine stayed "In Production" for 26 days, yet chat told me the truck was built and in Pre-Shipment status. The tracker will not show built until your truck passes the pre shipment phase.

Yours might be build as well, your WIndow Sticker has more info compared to mine. Including ramp etc. and maybe even the rail car. I have a SIB and Tonneau cover, which are added at a different location and will take extra time. Our Vin's are about 125 apart.

I’m assuming this means the computer is installed in the vehicle?
