MyQ Garage Openers working with Maverick CarPlay?

Have any of the current owners successfully used the Maverick CarPlay to verify if a MyQ enabled garage door opener app will work from the screen?

No, but I can play with it today and see…. Hadn’t even thought of trying to sync the myQ app through CarPlay…. Good idea

That said, I assume it’s a no based on reading this and it saying Mitsubishi is the only one with that functionality built into their CarPlay app

HomeKit enabled garage door openers work great with CarPlay. I use it daily.

While I have myQ, I picked up a cheap Meross HomeKit garage door opener from Amazon which works a lot faster and more reliably than myQ.

Home Assistant and its HomeKit support is another option for bringing myQ into HomeKit but it requires a lot of setup. It also only works when the internet is working and the myQ connection sometimes stops working. Homebridge may also do the same thing more easily.

I switched from using myQ via Home Assistant to the dedicated HomeKit opener and it works a lot better. Instant response.

The MyQ app does not show up in CarPlay.
