Sometimes I wonder if dealers took advantage of it and took the extra savings for themselves? Some people might have got messed up by the fiance office, I almost had that happen before they corrected the mistake on the price and interest rate protection.

Standard rates are not protected. Most people who got a 22 Maverick did have their (special low) finance rates protected. There were no special finance offers during the ordering period for 23 Mavericks, so no finance rates were protected.

So the situation/ experience regarding interest rate protection is completely different for 22 and 23 Mavericks.

You have a right to be mad. Most people would be mad. At this point you are going to have to live without a sunroof unless there is a way for the dealer to install one.

It was close to my workplace, I'd pop in at lunchtime. Salesman said I was his record. I kept him on his toes and he kept on top of it. They lost my "special offer " and he harrassed the "inventory Specialist " till it was recovered. I gave him an excellent rating.
I think every Maverick delivered is an adventure. Keep at it you guys.
This Is where I am at right now. Having my salesman finding out where the special offer is for my maverick sitting on their lot. I even called fomoco and got a case no.
Hopefully Monday there will be good news.

If I could, I would give you the "moon roof" from my RAV4. Have had three cars with them. Came that way. I wouldn't spend 50 cents on one if I could avoid it.
My Mav will not have one. Wasted money, and a good source of leaks.
I rarely open mine here in Hawaii because I get sunburnt

Thanks. That is what I did.
They did not see the the special offer credited to me in there system in smart Vincent.
That is why Ford gave me a case number to investigate this discrepancy.
I should know Monday what.s up. I thank my salesman for investigating from his end too.
