Sue them for pain and suffering and loss of value. I wish I would have, now I'm paying for it. If it's fixable great, but they'll always be a Carfax against it. You could take about 3,000 to $5,000 off of a vehicle for that. Sorry this happened to you.

This is 5300 dollars of damage to my 2015 Ford Fiesta after a woman ran a stop sign while on the mobile phone. This is just for reference.

I know it happened quickly, but did you notice if what Ford calls the Active Emergency Brake function kicked in or took place?? Just curious.

I don’t think it did.

Looks great - Im really surprised they repaired it ( nothing wrong with that tho ) from looking at what has been totaled recently.

things I've learned on this forum, most accidents turn into being totaled. maybe because of the uni-body. Biggest fear is having that happen and will not be able to get another maverick for awhile or ever due to my financial situation as I am close to retirement
