Yep there are a few other difference, sound deadening windshield, sound insulation, vinyl seats or active wear, fake leather depending on what you want to call it. Edit forgot the Lariat has separate daylight running lights. All in all, I think she will be happy with her new truck and the decision she made. At least her posts sure reads that way. The 25 sounds like a whole lot more truck and versatility with the way it's equipped.
Definitely happy with the new truck. Having a Lariat the first time around let me know what I could live with and without, and I knew I didn't need to pay for a Lariat (not knocking anyone that does, it's a nice truck)
But I didn't use ACC because traffic here just doesn't practically allow for it most times, like cloth seats better, small sliding rear window that I opened maybe 2 or 3 times in a year, so I was good, didn't care about speakers 👍🏾

Right!? I absolutely love how the cloth seats feel.

Yeah Op, your comment hit home girl. “I'm loving the EB so far, it flat out moves”, We agree on that one. The hybrid is not for me.
I’m in a 24’ AWD 2.0L haul ass wagon.
It’s breaking in at the 500 mile mark.
The engine is starting to spin up quicker with more power and smoothness. I chose the Lariat flavor and I love it, I’m old school and could care less about the sync this or that infotainment stuff.

only real losses are B&O audio and adaptive cruise. I've been in DFW and there are many times the traffic is too dense for ACC. (cars will just cut in front of you with the minimum follow distance.)

if she wants better sound, there's lots of ways to do that and B&O isn't that great anyway. (I had it, and replaced everything but the amp, lol.)
You're absolutely right about ACC in DFW traffic, so I never used that feature. I hear B&O is a little better this year, but I'm not a speaker head so the regular set up sounds great to me. As long as I can hear it clearly, I'm good.

Glad you're loving your truck! I love the "haul ass wagon" because that's what it feels like coming from the hybrid!

Congrats. Totally agree on the cloth seats.

Did you have dinner at Abuelo's to celebrate? (I used to frequent a beer place off that same parking lot, so I know the area  )
Naw not Abuelos this time. I was tired after a long days work, so I took pics and drove home (fast 😁). Better believe there will be a lil celebration for my new baby this weekend though 😏

Had 24 Lariat Hybrid that I purchased in Feb of 2024, it was good to me, but that sync 3 chapped my ass.
I wanted a 25, and so I traded the 24 and bought it. Dealer gave me $29,200 which broke me even on what was owed, and I bought an XLT EcoBoost this time around at $33,200 (after a dealer discount, and first responders discount).
Didn't care about or use half the stuff in my 24 Lariat, so I knew the XLT would fit the bill just fine for me.
I'm loving the EB so far, it flat out moves, and I surprisingly don't miss the hybrid. I'm more of a pedal to the metal kind of girl, so the EB is 4 me!
Anyway I'm looking to add a tonneau cover, spray bedliner, mud flaps, black lettering on tailgate and that's all folks. I took all of the accessories I had in my 24 and just switched them over, so not much to do there.
XLT AWD came with the black package, tow package, XLT lux package, and co pilot 360.

I definitely feel like I upgraded to be honest. Also I guess with having a Lariat as my first one, it gave me a chance to really know what I used and what I could live without.
Congratulations
