Stopped in dealer in Columbia today. Today he said it showed in Kansas City instead of StLouis where he told me it would be delivered by truck from there. supposed to be delivered by 11/11/22. Which happens to be tomorrow. I’ll be really surprised if that takes place.

So I guess your dealer is Machens. How were they? I Bought mine at Fulton Auto group/Fulton Ford. I live down near LOTO. Picked up 6 months ago.

Just got off another call to Ford Maverick Customer Service with the 3rd delivery date. Glad the truck build was completed after a year and two weeks. Looks like the delivers, based on new date, should take 6 weeks if there are no further changes, ... like a Rail Strike, Lol.

Just finished talking to Ford CS, my Maverick was unloaded at Gateway Yards, E. St. Louis, IL on 10/2 with ETA of 10-19 to 10-28.
Now, get this, it is in Chicago Heights, IL on a Convoy with new ETA of 10-8 to 10-14. Tells me it is on a Carrier & I could get delivery to dealer any day now. The 14th would be Friday this week. I won't hold my breath though till I see it in living color. Yeah, was 100 miles from Dealer, now up to Chicago Heights, IL 200 miles away. Doesn't make sense, but it is what it is.

Have bought a couple vehicles there before and was satisfied but this time they seemed to have forgot some things I thought we had agreed on. See how it goes tomorrow if I return there or not..

Ford chat told me mine was in East St. Louis ten days ago. Last week it was supposedly in Kansas City. Who knows at this point? I am done checking.

Finally got mine last week ! They told me since it took so long Ford was going to give me a $750 rebate. All good but then the turn around and charge me $650 for paper work. Which took about 30 minutes. Pisses me off

Yeah, mine came in to the dealer last week Wednesday, picked it up Thursday. After being at Gateway Yards, E. St. Louis, it went up to Chicago Heights, IL & placed on a Car Carrier the next day to Springfield, IL.

Love the truck, not so pleased with my dealer however, no ADM, but they did a Window Etching (Anti Theft) which is bogus, tacked on $199 for that & I had to pay full MSRP on window sticker, some $1890 more than my guaranteed Ford Price. General Mgr. tells me when they receive there rebate from Ford, they will send me the check for the difference. I'm thinking the rebate to Ford however is going to be less when you consider Wholesale/Retail plus I paid taxes on the higher sale amount. I told there Finance Person that I expected a check for the full amount of difference between my guarantee & what I paid $1890. Haven't heard back from him.
Love the truck, averaging around 39 to 42 MPG at this point.

Oh, my dealer did give me in writing that when they receive rebate from Ford, I will receive for them. We will see if they give me the correct amount, if not, I will make a stink & contact Ford.

Yeah, E. St. Louis only a few miles & now KC, like five hours away? Doesn't make logistical sense, does it?

I'm 100 miles up I-55 in Springfield, IL & awaiting delivery to my dealer as well. Last time I checked, ETA hadn't changed, 10-22 to 10-28. I'd be surprised if it arrived sooner.

my hunch is - they want a full load of vehicles on the truck so sending it to KC accomplishes that - plus maybe - making it worth the drivers time? otherwise your truck would sit at Gateway until enough vehicles to fill the convoy.

Mine has been sitting at 6P for 3 weeks now. Hopefully, both of ours are really at Gateway and the tracker just hasn't updated due to not being scanned yet.
