Went to the gas station and turned off the ignition. Came back in to turn it on, NO POWER whatsoever. Called a tow truck and had it towed to a dealership. He said it just needed a jump. What killed my battery? When my car is parked I sometimes notice it makes certain sounds. It sounds like the door locks are being engaged and disengaged, perhaps there's a short somewhere. I'm pretty bummed because my coworkers hybrid escape did the exact same thing. Hopefully Ford finds the problem and fixes it because I can't deal with unreliability, my 2015 F150 has Never broke down.

there's a thread somewhere about this very issue. At least it didn't happen while you're driving on a highway.

The problem ended up being a loose connection at the fuse box. Back on the road, so far so good.
