My lemon saga is ending

I filed a lemon law claim for my Mav because it sat at the dealer for 69 days awaiting parts. The claim was approved and Ford offered me $23,700 for my Mav. I politely said no thanks. Then, my Mav was miraculously fixed on Thursday! The shimmy and rough idle are gone. I negotiated with Ford and they are giving me $2500 for my troubles in what is called cash and keep. Does anyone know how much Ford ESP run? The drama kept me off here for a while. It feels good to be back!

What a relief! Now you can get on with everything and loving your Mav. You played it well. How long did you wait for it in the first place? I waited a year and a half for my first Mav and, I'm super happy.

I only had to wait 4 months. I got the first hybrid from that dealer and probably one of the first in my region.

I can’t get online quotes in CA. Bunk! Looks like I have to go into the dealer.

I'm in Iowa and Granger and Flood quoted me $1,790 for an ESP ($50 DED, 8 YR, 100k/MI) except Granger is IN Iowa, as am I, and they have to charge Iowa tax of $123, soooo makes my decision to BUY local much easier. NOT!
