My first warranty claim: Axle Replace - Right Front Axle is leaking everywhere & replace right front control arm

I would have them check the struts too. if there is that much out of alignment then it could have screwed that too. Took my escape in 3 times for the same noise because you couldn't see the strut was bent until it was out. They replaced the parts you are showing prior to that.

Yes, they were. It took about 45 days for the parts to come in, but all is good now. Right after the repair was done I drove it from NY to FL and back towing a motorcycle with no issues.

I'm just a DIY home garage mechanic, but a new control arm sounds a little excessive, glad it's under warranty nonetheless. Keep us posted!

prob all the grease saturated the control arm bushings that would lead to premature failure. Axle grease is nasty stuff as a DYI home mechanic (and former wrangler owner).
