My first add-on: Tonneau Cover

We’re going on a little trip so I HAD TO HAVE a tonneau cover. Of course. I bought this from Rough Country and it fits well. Goes in easy. Folds back in thirds and straps open if need be. With tax $246.05

Good choice. DO NOT buy the FORD accessory version. Pure crap!

I have the Ford one and it never looks good. Poured stuff like Armor All on it and a week later it looked dusty again.

Looks good. I have a friend with one on his Ranger and he likes it.

I have the same style, which I like, just a different brand.

I have the ford soft tri- fold on my FX4 with the ford emblem on it going to be 2 years old looks great and only very minor leaking, they all leak under high pressure.

This one stays surprisingly dry through an automatic car wash. So far. I’m sure it’ll change as it gets older. It still lets in a little bit of water but it’s good enough that I know I can haul something in the rain and keep it dry.

Don’t beat yourself up about it. Yours might be way nicer.

My former auto sales guy warned me about the OEM covers...he said you can get better quality covers for less $$ and he was right.
