My backup Tremor came in

I always thought if I was going to order a Tremor I'd go for HPR or white, but having the CG in my FX4 and seeing it on a Tremor; now I am conflicted. I gotta take a break from this site before I do something stupid like order a Tremor...

The only other Mav at my dealer is a fresh off the truck rejected blue Tremor that looks pretty nice too. They have it in the showroom with a high end Mustang and a Bronco Badlands. Asked my salesman what was the price mark up was and he dodged the question.
Meanwhile my stepson is bombarding me with text questions, lol. Asked him how many times he's looked out the window and he laughed.

Na he knows better. Questions are more accessory oriented, bed cover, flaps, water bottle etc. or more tech like sport mode, forscan. You're more likely to see him on something like Ducks Unlimited or Shotgun news.

When it looked like my MY23 might not get built I ordered a backup in C grey.
Finally came in yesterday. Told dealer to sell it to my stepson at his Ford discount price, dealer refused.
Told dealer I'd be in with a check and then sell it to stepson.
Dealer relented and sold and financed to stepson at his discount. Dealer sent email thanking me for making the second order

Do it, it way more worth it than the FX4 if you off road. If you tow more then 2k then maybe not

I'm waiting to see what the competition offers in the mid size game in the next couple years. And, hoping prices will go down a bit. I'm not fond of FORD removing features I enjoy on my '22, otherwise I would have already done it.

Did the same thing for my 23 Tremors. Both came in. "Gave" the 2nd one to my son (I still own it but he has it out-of-state). Will transfer when transfer tax situation settles.

Would you have had to pay sales/use tax again if you resold it to your step son?

Did you get different colors? I have Cactus Gray; he has Atlas Blue.
