I'm just about to hit the 2500km/1500 mile mark and I'm pretty pleased with my mileage. I live in a rural town so most of my driving is on local highways with an 80 km/h limit (50 mph) and there aren't many significant hills. I usually set the cruise at 85 km/h.

I'll do the conversion for my American friends:

7.7L/100km = 30.54 mpg

This is the average over the entire 2500 km.

That sounds great for the EcoBoost!

I just got my hybrid. I'm in a rural area too, but we do have hills. Less than 150 miles driven so far so it can't be too accurate yet, but I'm at 39 mpg ~ 6L/100km total right now.

One of your American friends here 😄 I have nearly the same miles on my eco boost. Averaging 28.4. I’m driving 70mph and some hills but mostly the wind. If it ever calms down I think I will be right up there around 30 mpg

Thanks for doing the math! I’ve been doing my own calculations and it looks like my Trucks computer is a bit off. It is showing 31 mpg average at 8500 miles but the actual mpg appears to be around 29 mpg. Note: It took a 2500 mile road trip to bump up the average to 31.

I just went over 14,000 miles in my 2022 Maverick XLT 2.0 and the average mpg is 29.6. It will go over 30 mpg on the road but then drop back down in roll and stop traffic. I ordered a 2023 Lariat hybrid which should be in next week. The hybrid will be my wife"s vehicle. I sure hope everything goes well with the new truck.
