Morimoto 3rd Brake Light Upgrade

Hi all! Looking to put the Morimoto 3rd brake light on my new Maverick and I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with it? I had one on my 2013 F250 and it was awesome but I just want to make sure I get some input from people with first hand experience for the Maverick. Thanks!

Just a heads up to anyone reading this or considering this install. I did it, but not without a lot of swearing, a cut wrist from removing the headliner, and some more swearing. It works and looks great but is a royal pain in the ass to install.

I installed one the other day as well. I just popped the headliner down by the rear glass and reached up to the connector and did it by feel. I did have a long sleeve shirt on though so I only had a couple indents from the edge of the head liner. The hardest part was lining up the new connector. If I had to do it again it would be much easier now.

Looks so much better than stock.

I installed one on my truck. Super bright and helps complete the BAP look. However, it is not fun to install! The factory plug is hard to get to, but enough swearing and it can be done!

Skip the headliner. Destroy or release the plastic plugs holding the OEM cable.

I’d like to see a picture of this thing, I’ve never heard of it. All I did was put LASFIT LED bulbs in on my third brake light.
