I did not get the exact spot for holes so drilled it when the liner was installed.
Apparently, some of the liner material went inside the screw holes.
The screw went about all the way in but slightly out to catch the slider lightly.
When I tried to get it off, it wont come off. No punches, ez out will work.
I should have left that screw in the middle but did not realize it will get worse.
Finally had to cut the screw in pieces. While I can fix the rail and sand it,
it appears I should just drill the bolt to the wall.
I should try to make some recess on the other hole so that the new screw will sit flush on the rails?
It appears the size of the other hole is a bit smaller?
V upset since two days that I messed up my truck like this.
Thoughts ???
